Between the Archibald and Biane Libraries, Rancho Cucamonga Library Services offer over 250,000 books, magazines, DVDs, CDs, books on CD, and even gaming software! Save yourself some time at the library. Print the appropriate application, fill it out in advance, and bring to the Check Out desk with your IDs. (Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.)

In order to obtain a library card, you will need to show the following:

One photo ID - Driver’s license, school ID, passport.
One additional ID with your name - credit card, Automobile Club card, etc.
Proof of address. If this information is not on your ID, please bring something that shows your current address - utility bill or DMV change of address card.

The Los Angles Public Library
Library Cards are free to residents of California. You must, however, have photo identification with your name and current address. Identification can be a California driver’s license or an ID card issued by the DMV. ID cards issued by the Mexican, Argentinian and Korean consulates can be used as the sole ID requirement for obtaining a library card.

To receive a library card you can fill out an application in person at any Los Angeles Public Library location, or download the application form , fill it out and bring it in to any location, or pre-register over the Internet by visiting the Library's Web Pre-Registration Page. If you only want access to online resources, and are a resident of Los Angeles, you can get an eCard online. Library cards are free for California residents.
