Your local public library can probably provide a CW/MARS card for borrowing privileges at many other libraries.

C/W MARS is a system of Western Massachusetts libraries, including public, academic, school, regional, and special libraries, sharing access to their print collections. You can request books online to be delivered to your local public library. There is online access from home to ebooks, audiobooks, and some Gale Group academic, business, and medical databases. Our 155 member libraries circulate more than nine million items annually to one million registered borrowers. We offer a shared online computer system and combined collections of more than six million items. Due to the size and diversity of C/W MARS, services may vary at member libraries. If you can get a card from any participating CW/MARS library, such as Springfield City Library, you can then use and probably borrow from the other libraries in the system.  To find you're nearest library search libraries.org
